1.  Mask, Body Paint (partial or complete BODY), B&D mask or suit!  Is required for the party.  NO SHIT...There WILL be a contest, and some sites to see.

2.  Bring your bike, we will RIDE (No SNOW down here fam)

8.  If you choose to drink and walk while in the French Qtr, it must be in a plastic cup......yes I did say you can WALK and DRINK!
